By registering an account, purchasing our e-commerce passes, streaming our educational video content, or downloading our digital design assets, you (“the user,” “the student,” or “the customer”) agree to be fully bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these strict operational rules, you are prohibited from utilizing our website services or downloading our materials.

1. Single-User Personal License Restrictions

When you buy a Master Class pass or a standalone 3D printable model pack from Synthesis Nexus CAD, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user personal license.

  • Copyright Material: All video lessons, parametric formulas, sketches, visual renders, and compressed .zip assets (containing .step, .stp, and .stl files) are the exclusive intellectual property of independent creator Quan Do.
  • Sharing and Redistribution Ban: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login details, copying our training methodologies, or uploading our engineering files onto third-party servers, shared cloud drives, torrent repositories, discord networks, or messaging channels.
  • Commercial Restrictions: You may use our files to study mechanical workflows or practice 3D printing components for your own personal use. However, you are completely barred from reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially trading the digital design files or their derivatives.

2. Strict Digital Goods Refund Policy

Because our digital assets, courses, and CAD files are delivered instantly upon purchase via unencrypted compressed folders, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once a file download or video stream has been registered on our server logs.

  • Our 14-Day Safety Window: We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee only if the student has not yet accessed the private classroom area and has not clicked the download link for the zipped project files.
  • Server Log Monitoring: Our e-commerce engine (WooCommerce) automatically logs all download timestamps linked to your account profile. If our backend logs confirm that a file download or video module has been accessed, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • Revocation of Access: If a refund or transaction chargeback is authorized under exceptional circumstances, your student registration keys are immediately and permanently revoked, locking your user profile out of all video portals and asset vaults.

3. Absolute Engineering and Liability Disclaimer

All 3D models, STEP/STL components, and lesson video instructions are provided strictly and exclusively for educational, modeling, and demonstration purposes.

  • No Engineering Certifications: Synthesis Nexus CAD is an educational hub, not a licensed commercial engineering firm. Our digital assets are not certified or peer-reviewed for industrial manufacturing deployment.
  • No Financial or Structural Liability: Independent creator Quan Do assumes absolutely zero legal responsibility, physical risk, or financial liability for mechanical failures, structural breakdown, physical machinery damage, assembly defects, or personal injury resulting from the practical fabrication, molding, machining, or 3D printing of our files. You execute all physical manufacturing entirely at your own financial and operational risk.

4. Account Termination and Policy Updates

  • Anti-Abuse Gating: We reserve the absolute right to permanently delete and blacklist any user account profile found violating our single-user license keys or attempting to leak download link pathways.
  • Governing State Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed entirely by the regional laws operating within the state of South Australia, Australia. Any formal legal proceedings or regulatory arbitrations shall remain restricted to courts situated in Adelaide, South Australia.
