16-09-2026: This is the day that I started filming my very first video for my channel.
As an engineer, I have spent time designing quite a few small, simple machine components in the past. But I have always felt this deep curiosity pulling me further. I wanted to see what it would really take to design a complete, complex machine assembly entirely from scratch.
Now, instead of just studying quietly by myself in a closed room, I decided to do something interesting. I decided to turn my entire learning process into a video diary to share with you. I am not a naturally social person, but my gut tells me that I have to do this. I tried filming several times – hitting record, stopping, and starting over and honestly, just making my very first step on this channel has required a really big shift in my mental strength.
I spent almost four hours today just filming the introduction (1 minutes in the video)! As a Vietnamese person, English is my second language, so it is a huge challenge for me to speak freely on camera, especially since I only started learning English seven years ago. It has been a really interesting experience, but I believe that coming out of your comfort zone is a must for anyone who wants to achieve something great later in life. I feel that starting a YouTube channel is a wonderful thing because it forces you to study even harder than normal. It forces you to perfect yourself, to grow, and so on. Personally, I think anyone who loves to learn and improve themselves should start a YouTube channel.
